What is Binance Coin?

BNB was created by Binance in 2017 as its utility token for discounted trading fees. Initially issued as an ERC20 token, BNB has since become the native token of the main Binance Chain blockchain and a globally valuable cryptocurrency by market cap. Besides being used to trade and pay fees on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, BNB is also trusted by the community and is used to spend on goods and services in a growing number of establishments.
